Following the launch of Godrej Zenith in Gurugram, the Godrej Group achieves notable sales growth. Strong FY24 sales surge and forthcoming projects anticipated. Gaurav Pandey expresses optimism for future growth, expecting business development guidance to surpass Rs 15,000 crore.

On Monday, Godrej Properties (GPL) declared the sale of more than 1050 homes, valued at over Rs 3,000 crores, within three days of launching the Godrej Zenith project in Gurugram, Haryana. This marks the second occasion in Gurugram and the fourth nationwide in FY24 where GPL has achieved sales exceeding Rs 2,000 crores during launch.

The real estate division of Godrej Group aims to bolster its presence in Gurugram by launching new projects in Sector 103, Sector 43, and Sector 54 shortly.

What did the CEO of Godrej say?

We are pleased with the reception of our project, Godrej Zenith. Gurugram holds significant importance for Godrej Properties, and we aim to enhance our presence in the city in the coming years,” stated Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties.

In Q4 FY24, the Godrej company sold inventory valued at Rs 2,690 crore in its project, Godrej Reserve, situated in Kandivali, Mumbai.

The Aim of the company

The company aims to exceed its business development guidance of Rs 15,000 crore for the current fiscal year, buoyed by a strong deal pipeline and continued consolidation in the nationwide real estate market. The December quarter marked Godrej Properties’ highest ever quarterly sales for the second consecutive quarter, with a total booking value of Rs 5,720 crore and 4.34 million sq ft of area sold. The developer’s consolidated net profit grew 6% year over year to Rs 62 crore in the December quarter, while total income surged 43% to Rs 524 crore for the period.
